TEAM MANAGERS & COACHES

First and foremost, we want to thank all of our Team Managers, Coaches, Team Moms/Dads, Families, and Fans for their dedication to our Softball community. We appreciate your time, dedication, and support.

MANAGER / COACH RESPONSIBILITY LIST:
Every coach is required by Little League and Florence Township to pass a Youth Sports Background Check and have their valid Township issued badge at all practices and games. Make practices fun, instructional, and appropriate for the age group.

EQUIPMENT:
Every Team Manager will be provided with
  - A Bucket of Balls
  - Tee
  - Set of Catcher's Gear
  - Set of Keys for:
       - Muchowski Dugout
       - Veteran's Field Dugout
       - Dog Pound
       - Shed
       - Bathrooms @ Muchowski & Vets.

This equipment is to be kept in good condition and stored in a safe place, out of the weather. If any equipment breaks, please notify a board member for replacement and so that item can be removed from further distribution.
All equipment will be returned to the league at the end of the season.

FIELD MAINTENANCE:
Prior to games and practices, it is the manager/coach’s responsibility to ensure that the field is in safe playing condition and there are no hazards on the field (infield & outfield) Home team staff is responsible for dragging and lining the field before each game. At the conclusion of your games and practices everything needs to be cleaned up and all equipment put away. Parents and Siblings can help with this while you meet with the team at your end of game/practice meeting.

CONCESSION STAND:
The concession stand is a fun part of the experience for the players and their families. It also helps provide additional income for the league to help provide equipment and off-set costs to families. We appreciate all coaches/mangers assistance in gathering and emphasizing the importance of families volunteering in the concession stand.
